Nathan Yee is the Founder and Partner of White Lion Capital, an investment firm focused on providing growth capital to publicly traded companies. He specializes in structured PIPE and equity financing transactions and has funded more than 150 public companies across a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on small-cap issuers.
Nathan also founded Awaken Finance, a crypto-focused investment fund. He was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Finance list in 2025 and is a CFA Charterholder. Nathan earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego and later attended the MBA program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
