Ticket Terms & Conditions
Payment, refunds, transfers, admission and the conditions you accept when you buy a pass.

These Ticket Terms & Conditions apply to all passes purchased or otherwise issued for the Energy Investors Forum 2027 (the “Event”), scheduled for June 15–16, 2027 in Dallas, Texas.
The Event is operated by Digital Energy Inc., doing business as Energy Investors Forum (“EIF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, accepting, registering for, or using a pass, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, each attendee included in your order.
01Orders and payment
An order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and processed.
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Any applicable taxes or other charges will be disclosed before payment where required.
Discounts and promotional codes have no cash value, may not be combined unless expressly stated, and cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been completed.
We may cancel or reject an order that contains inaccurate or fraudulent information, violates these Terms, was obtained through an unauthorized reseller, or results from an unauthorized or reversed payment.
02All sales final; no refunds
ALL TICKET SALES, ORDERS AND PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE COMPLETED, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT A REFUND IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
This policy applies regardless of the reason an attendee is unable or chooses not to attend, including changes in personal circumstances, business commitments, travel plans, visa or immigration issues, illness, transportation disruption, or changes in an attendee's schedule.
Unused passes have no cash value and will not be refunded or credited except as expressly provided in these Terms or required by applicable law.
03Event changes, postponement and cancellation
EIF may modify the Event's dates, hours, venue, programme, speakers, sessions, format, meeting schedule, networking activities, access arrangements or other elements where reasonably necessary.
A change to speakers, sessions, schedule, programme, venue within the applicable metropolitan area, or other Event content does not entitle a purchaser or attendee to a refund.
If the Event is postponed or rescheduled, the applicable pass will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled Event. If necessary, EIF may instead apply the amount paid toward a substantially equivalent future Energy Investors Forum event.
If circumstances outside our reasonable control require us to relocate the Event, materially alter its format, postpone it, or deliver all or part of it through an alternative format, the pass will remain valid and no refund will be due except where required by applicable law.
If EIF permanently cancels the Event and does not reschedule it or provide a substantially equivalent replacement event or credit, any refund rights will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
EIF is not responsible for airfare, hotels, transportation, visa costs, lost business opportunities or any other costs incurred by an attendee in connection with the Event.
04Substitutions and transfers
Passes may not be resold, auctioned or commercially transferred without our prior written consent.
A purchaser may request substitution of another employee or representative of the same organization up to seven (7) days before the Event. Substitutions are subject to verification and approval by EIF.
Sharing badges, credentials, QR codes, portal credentials or other access methods is prohibited and may result in cancellation of access without refund.
05Eligibility and admission
Unless otherwise approved by EIF, attendees must be at least 18 years old and may be required to present government-issued photo identification.
EIF reserves the right to refuse registration or admission to, or remove from the Event, any person who:
- violates these Terms or the Event Code of Conduct;
- presents a safety or security risk;
- engages in disruptive, abusive, harassing or discriminatory conduct;
- misuses attendee information or Event systems; or
- attempts to access areas, sessions or services not included with that person's pass.
Removal or refusal of admission for these reasons does not entitle the attendee or purchaser to a refund.
Pass types provide different levels of access. Purchase of a pass does not guarantee admission to any particular private meeting, boardroom, investor session, speaker session, networking opportunity or other capacity-limited activity unless expressly stated.
06Programme and speakers
All advertised speakers, participants, sessions, meeting formats and programme details are subject to change.
The appearance of any speaker, investor, company, sponsor or other participant is not guaranteed and does not form a condition of the ticket purchase.
Changes to the programme or participant lineup do not entitle a purchaser or attendee to a refund.
07Code of conduct
EIF is a professional business event.
Harassment, discrimination, threatening conduct, unauthorized solicitation, misuse of attendee information, repeated unsolicited sales approaches after being declined, or other conduct that EIF reasonably considers inappropriate may result in removal from the Event or networking platform without refund.
08Photography, video and recording
The Event may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed or otherwise recorded.
By attending, you grant EIF and its authorized partners permission to photograph, record and use your image, voice, likeness and appearance in connection with Event coverage, archives, editorial content and promotional materials without additional compensation, subject to applicable law.
Attendees may not commercially record, reproduce, livestream or distribute Event sessions without EIF's prior written permission.
09Attendee information
EIF may process attendee information as described in its Privacy Policy to administer registrations, issue credentials, provide Event and networking services, maintain security and communicate information relating to the Event.
An attendee's name, title, company and other professional profile information may be visible to other authorized Event participants through badges, attendee lists or the EIF networking platform.
Where badge scanning or another affirmative information-sharing mechanism is provided, information may be shared with the relevant sponsor or participant as disclosed at the time.
10Investment and business disclaimer
Information presented at the Event is provided for informational and professional networking purposes only.
Nothing presented by EIF, a speaker, sponsor, attendee or other participant constitutes investment, securities, financial, tax or legal advice by EIF.
EIF does not endorse, guarantee or independently verify any investment opportunity, company, project, financing proposal, speaker statement or business opportunity presented or discussed in connection with the Event.
Participants are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and obtaining appropriate professional advice before entering into any transaction.
11Force majeure
EIF will not be liable for any failure, delay, relocation, postponement, cancellation or modification caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, fire, epidemic or pandemic, governmental action, public emergency, terrorism, civil disturbance, labor disruption, transportation interruption, utility or telecommunications failure, venue unavailability or other comparable circumstances.
In such circumstances, EIF may reschedule, relocate, modify the format of the Event, provide a replacement event or apply the pass to a future EIF event.
Except where required by applicable law, such circumstances do not create a right to reimbursement of travel, accommodation or other consequential costs.
12Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EIF and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from or relating to the Event or a ticket purchase, including lost profits, lost business opportunities or travel-related losses.
EIF's aggregate liability arising from an individual ticket purchase will not exceed the amount actually paid to EIF for that ticket.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13Payment disputes and chargebacks
Purchasers should contact EIF promptly regarding any genuine billing error or unauthorized transaction.
The inability or decision of a purchaser or attendee to attend the Event, or dissatisfaction arising solely from a matter expressly covered by these Terms, does not alter the all-sales-final policy.
EIF reserves the right to contest payment disputes or chargebacks that are inconsistent with the purchaser's transaction records, these Terms or applicable payment-network rules.
A payment reversal, chargeback or failed payment may result in cancellation of the associated passes and Event access.
14Governing law and forum
These Terms and any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to a ticket purchase, registration, attendance at the Event, or these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any such dispute, claim or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the Commonwealth or federal courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and each purchaser and attendee irrevocably consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
15Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with any terms expressly presented at checkout and the applicable Privacy Policy, constitute the agreement governing the ticket purchase.
